We were born from the passion of a couple for excellence in real estate development. Mario and Liz combine their last names —Pérez and Faarup— to give identity to this dream, because we deeply believe in what we do. Each project reflects our ethics, our aesthetics, and what drives us: to build with intention, care, and purpose.

We don't aspire to be the biggest, but to be the best. To deliver products that speak for themselves, that inspire confidence and raise the standard of what it means to live well.
